A Message from our Incoming 2024 President

Dear Moss Vale Public School Community,

I'm thrilled to connect with you all and extend a warm welcome, especially to our new families whom I've yet to meet at our various P&C gatherings over the past few years. My name is Christine, and I'm honored to step into the role of President for the MVPS P&C.

My journey with the P&C began back in 2020 when my eldest son entered kindergarten. Since then, I've been actively involved, volunteering at events and eventually taking on the role of fundraising coordinator in 2023. Together, we've organized a range of successful initiatives from Mother's and Father's Day stalls to Easter raffles and BBQs, all contributing to the vibrant life of our school.

Becoming President was unexpected for me, but I'm embracing the opportunity to learn and grow in this role. I'm filled with anticipation for the year ahead and hope to see more families join us not only in supporting the school but also in forging connections with one another, our dedicated staff, and our wonderful students.

This year, I'm fortunate to be supported by an outstanding team of Office Bearers: Kate Bult as Secretary, Suzi Bryant and Jodie Philip as Vice Presidents, and Camilla Gregg as Treasurer. Their commitment is invaluable, and I'm eager to collaborate closely with each of them.

A heartfelt thank you goes to our outgoing Office Bearers, Tonia Krebs (outgoing President), Lyndal Goodwin, Saskia Sharp (Vice-Presidents), and Rozz Sparks (Treasurer), for their seamless transition and tireless efforts. Your contributions have laid a strong foundation for us to build upon.

To all who have supported the P&C through various roles or volunteered their time, your dedication is truly appreciated. We rely on your support, whether it's flipping sausages, lending a hand at a stall, or in the clothing pool.

As we embark on the journey of 2024, I look forward to meeting each of you at our school events and fundraisers. Here's to an exceptional year ahead for our P&C!
